We serve fresh seasonal foods and local selected food from mountain. The Hida beef we use is the best grade. The menu changes monthly for serving the best food in season.
There are variety of menu, such as casual lunch menu, and authentic Japanese Kaiseki dinner.
The restaurant is located at the 4th floor of the hotel.

(If the group is less than 9 guests, the room charge 5,000 yen added.)

If you want a la carte menu, please inform us 3 days before the check in date. Depend on the foodstuffs, some menu are not able to prepare on the day.
